3.1. GYT is an event ticketing platform that allows users to purchase tickets for events, process payments through third-party providers, and receive event updates.
3.2 When a ticket is purchased through a link, GYT shares the buyer’s name and last name with the event organiser/promoter for event management purposes. By purchasing through a link, you acknowledge and consent to this data sharing.

4.1. The Data Controller for the processing of personal data is Get Your Tickets Ltd registered under company number 110442, with its registered office at St George’s Business Complex, 4th Floor, Triq Elija Zammit, San Giljan, STJ 3150, Malta.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
